With a baby already in their arms, this celebration was long overdue, and we were going to do it properly. The Algarve light, exceptional food, and wine that people actually talk about the next day. We tasted, adjusted, and added local touches. And most importantly, there was no fixed ending time. The band played, shoes came off, and the dance floor stayed full. No fluff. Just warmth, flavour, and a proper party.
